Hi lovelies !! Today I will be talking about hair colouring .This is a balayage form of hair colour that I got done .Yes I know hair colouring has a lot of pros and cons ! So let’s talk about the pros first because let’s always look at the positive side 🙂
THE PROS: Hell ya!!!! Hair colour ! Finally a new change in your life and the way you look ! Who wouldn’t want that? Right?
THE CONS : I believe hair colouring has more cons than pros ! First of all it damages your hair no matter how much you protect it .So always think twice before getting your hair coloured .But if you still feel like getting it done than do because life comes only ones and what’s the point of not doing something out of your comfort zone .
PROCEDURE :So talking about my hair colouring procedure. First and foremost ! Go to a salon that you’re most comfortable with.You don’t want to go to a salon just because they would do it for lesser .When it comes to your body or hair, quality always comes before anything .I got mine done at @vivency salon HRBR layout in Bangalore .I had made up my mind before going to the salon that I wanted to get my hair coloured .I knew it had to be something in the shades of brown .Be very particular with your salon artist as to what kind of shades would you want to play with .The artist showed me the shades pallet and I choose my shades .I went with balayage which basically has small strands of hair with a lighter shade.You can get exactly what I’m taking about from the image I’ve shared .Next he washed my hair and did a prelightning to all the hair strands that would have a lighter colour ,Which goes around with him applying foils on my hair .The time depends on how long your hair would take to lighten .Since I had pitch dark hair it took ages .(60 mins )After which he washed my hair again and put on the hair colour paste on my hair in the way I wanted it .Dark to light .Which again took me around 45 mins.This time it was just an application without foils .And then tadaaaaa my hair was transformed .
